Private Event Rentals
The Grand Halle is a unique, yet-affordable space in which to host your private event. Whether you are entertaining clients by hosting a cocktail mixer, creating an effective space for your fundraising event, planning a milestone birthday, a bar/bat mitzvah, or simply finding a place for a celebration, The Grand Halle is a suitable yet flexible venue.
Our extensive list of caterers can provide full dinners, hor d’oeuvres and confectionaries. Bar services are included for those events serving alcohol. Additionally, our recommended vendors can customize your event with appropriate decor, floral arrangements, lighting and music. We will work with you and provide what you need to make your experience phenomenal.
Private Rental Package
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required to reserve the dates. The balance is due one month prior to the scheduled event.

Rental Fee Includes:
- Use of the Halle from 8:00am to Midnight
- In-house tables & chairs with white linens*
- Pre-event planning meeting
- Building staff
- Clean-up after the event
- WiFi
*Other linen colors, overlays and napkins are available for an additional charges
